This Zuppa Toscana Recipe Will Change Your Life

…Okay, so maybe it won’t change your life. But it is exquisitely delicious and I think that’s worth honoring.

I made a mock of Olive Garden’s famed Zuppa Toscana soup (soup, salad and breadsticks FTW!), and oh my did it come out perfectly, and just in time for the frigid temperatures outside.

I used my slow cooker to assist with the cooking, and I honestly think using it helped all the flavors caramelize together even better. Mmm! I’m salivating just thinking about it!

Whew, lawd!!!

So, I’m actually not going to do a full out recipe here. Part of being a good content creator is honoring good content of others. I used Cooking Classy’s recipe and substituted the “pot” with my Crock Pot. I also didn’t use the fennel seeds, and switched out half-n-half for heavy whipping cream in my recipe. Other than that, spot on!

See the full recipe HERE! Keep scrolling here for my photos.

IMG_8537This recipe calls for sausage, bacon, potatoes, kale, and lots of yummy flavors.

I mainly used Accent, red chili pepper flakes, oregano and Herbs de Provence to season!

Have you tried to recreate any chain restaurant recipes? Which ones should I try next?
